AISI 316L stainless steel cylinders

Cylinders compliant with DIN ISO 6431 and VDMA 24562 regulations, bores from 32 to 200 mm, manufactured with round tube and external tie rods, they are equipped with adjustable decelerators and piston made of standard magnetic aluminium, with integrated bumpers. A.P.IThese cylinders presented by A.P.I. at Mozzate (Como, Italy), can be supplied in the version with simple and through-rod and with seals for high temperature (max. 150° C); besides, special versions are available on demand. The rear head provides that the rod guide ring seal can be dismounted to facilitate the replacement of the ring seal, considered more exposed to the environmental deterioration. In this way, the intervention times for eventual maintenance notably decrease. The series is completed by fastening accessories, they too of stainless steel. These pneumatic components, designed and manufactured for applications in the food industry, according to the EEC directive, are fully made of AISI 316L stainless steel. Upon demand, these products can supplied in compliance with the ATEX b4/9/EC Directive, II 2 GDc T5 classification.
